一 |     新剧刚开播，黑帖便“准点”上线？这看似是剧集爆火带来的热度，实则可能是诈骗团伙精心策划的引流陷阱。近日，杭州市公安局临安区分局在“净网2026”专项行动中，成功侦破全国首起以“护剧”为名实施网络舆情敲诈案，一举打掉一个依托自媒体账号操控舆论、胁迫影视剧组及艺人付费消灾的职业化犯罪团伙。今年5月份，多名影视类自媒体账号在影视剧上线宣发节点集中发布负面内容，待舆情发酵后又快速删除，这种固定化的操作引起了杭州公安网安民警的高度警觉。经侦查发现，李某、廖某为首的犯罪团伙运营一批粉丝总量达2020余万的微博账号。他们专门瞄准新剧开播、综艺宣发等关键时段，捏造散布不实负面信息，通过多账号联动炒作话题、煽动粉丝对立来制造舆论压力。

二 | 待影视公司、艺人经纪团队主动沟通后，李某、廖某并不直接提“删帖”，而是以“提供宣传服务”“舆情优化合作”的名义进行谈判，将删帖包装成“护剧”商业宣传行为，开口索要高额费用。若对方拒绝，他们便通过加大发帖频率、扩大传播范围的方式持续施压，直至对方“花钱消灾”平息风波。

三 | 在彻底摸清团伙人员分工、组织架构与资金流向后，杭州公安调集市、区两级警力开展收网行动，现场抓获10名涉案人员，查获手机、电脑、平板等大量作案设备。

四 | 目前，4名嫌疑人已被依法采取刑事强制措施，2名主犯经检察机关批准逮捕。“本案是全国首例明确将娱乐圈‘护剧’等灰色运作行为，依法以敲诈勒索罪立案侦办、从严深挖的典型案件。    Disgraced singer-songwriter R.
